Become a Contributor (and tun your experience into pounds)
At Virtual Teacher we are very well aware of the vast amount of knowledge and experience that retired teachers hold. We also believe that retired teachers (as well as active teachers) should be able to turn their knowledge into additional income.
You are probably thinking this is going to cost you money or that there is a lot of work involved. This is not the case and you will NEVER have to pay anything to Virtual Teacher to sell material. We believe that only customers should pay, not suppliers.
There are many websites that accumulate resources from teachers to share with other teachers for free and that is a very noble quest. BUT, when it comes to KS4 and KS5 work we simply don't believe that it's fair to ask you to share your work for no reward. By all means share the simpler lesson for free but why give away your experience without any reward?
When it comes to uploading material to our website we can cope with just about any format so you don't need to worry about polishing you plans before offering them for sale. Provided we can turn your document into a PDF file then we can upload it. Obviosuly, the more attractive plans look the better for you as fellow teachers are the ones that will decide whether to buy or not. All material is reviewed when we receive it to make sure it isn't offensive or illegal but aside from that we upload what we receive.
It doesn't matter if your experience is in Science, Maths, English, History, Geography or any other subject, we are very keen to help you pass on your experience to others and gain additional reward for your effort.
